摘要: Resume La synthese des diastereoisomeres hydroxy-1-amino-3(5α) pregnane est decrite et leur fragmentation en spectrometrie de masse etudiee. presence d'un groupement hydroxyle position 1 amene une intensification ions “a” amino-3 steroides (comportant les carbones 1, 2 3). Cet effet maximum dans le cas amines primaires. Des experience deuteriation ont permis d'etablir que isomeres comportant un α (axial) subissent, partie, rearrangement “aldehyde” avant se fragmenter.
