摘要: Abstract The effect of gestational exposure to CrVI (occupational/environmental pollutant and target Sertoli cells(SC)) was tested in a rat model during the testicular differentiation from bipotential gonad may interrupt spermatogenesis by disrupting SC tight junctions(TJ) it’s proteins hormone receptors. Pregnant Wistar rats were exposed 50/100/200 ppm through drinking water embryonic days 9–14. On Postnatal day 120, testes subjected ion exchange chromatographic analysis revealed increased level CrIII SCs germ cells, serum interstitial fluid(TIF). Microscopic analyses showed seminiferous tubules atrophy disruption TJ, which also recorded decreased testosterone TIF. mRNA Protein expression attested Fshr, Ar, occludin claudin-11 SCs. Immunofluorescent detection weak signal TJ proteins. Taken together, we concluded that interferes with due attenuated
