摘要: Emerging evidence has indicated that microRNAs (miRNAs) play an important role in cervical cancer (CC). However, the of miRNA (miR)-665 remains unclear. The aim present study was to investigate potential functions miR-665 CC and identify underlying mechanisms action. Herein, we show downregulated tissues cell lines, which is negatively correlated with tumor size, distant metastasis, advanced TNM stage poor prognosis. Functionally, inhibited proliferation, migration invasion resistance cisplatin for cells, as well growth. We validated transforming growth factor beta receptor 1 (TGFBR1) a direct target mediated ERK/SMAD pathway. In addition, identified competing endogenous RNA long noncoding (lnc)-DANCR. These observations suggested lnc-DANCR-mediated downregulation regulates malignant phenotype cells by targeting TGFBR1 through pathway, may pathway novel therapeutic stratagems therapy.
