摘要: When iron and vanadium films vaccum-deposited onto copper (111) surface were thicker than 10 15 nm, respectively, regular textural patterns observed in their images of transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The composed numerous rectangles like laths showed remarkable contrast at defocussing conditions TEM, similar to Fresnel contrast. size each rectangle composing texture changed with the film thickness substrate temperature. most pattern was three-layer film, V/Fe/Cu, a also carbon replica taken from its surface. Therefore, reflects microtopography film.
