摘要: Networks are a useful visualization tool for representing many types of biological data such as gene regulations. In this paper, We will present novel graph drawing technique visualizing regulatory networks. This is based on the shortest paths between genes interest using breadth-first-search algorithm. By and showing their networks, we were able to clearly understand interaction these genes. Visualization Gene Regulatory considerably reduces number displayed nodes edges. reduction in edges depends well interactions
