Solving the Fully Fuzzy Bilevel Linear Programming Problem through Deviation Degree Measures and a Ranking Function Method

摘要: This paper is concerned with a class of fully fuzzy bilevel linear programming problems where all the coefficients and decision variables both objective functions constraints are numbers. A new approach based on deviation degree measures ranking function method proposed to solve these problems. We first introduce concepts feasible region optimal solution problem. In order obtain problem, we apply deal use numbers rank upper lower level functions. Then problem can be transformed into deterministic Considering overall balance between improving values decreasing allowed degrees, computational procedure for finding proposed. Finally, numerical example provided illustrate approach. The results indicate that gives better in comparison existing method.
