摘要: In this paper, an enhanced low power (2.29 mW) and current (0.588 mA) step-up transformer energy harvester circuit for powering consumption electrical devices were designed verified. The objective of research is to presents a novel method battery-less start-up from ultra-low voltage harvesting sources. approach proposed the first time by using bridge rectifier as key component device. modeled then experimentally verified with sound system. Based on several experiments carried out in laboratory results presented show that topology begins operate at 3.89 V achieves 5.0 V output frequency 68 Hz. This work design construction needs no inductive component, not have SMT microelectronics technology. It also benefits simple self-starting operation smaller input voltage, circuits save cost. measured agree well or comparable theoretical results. From result, it shows vibration generates speaker strike impact produce mechanical convert into energy. PZT-5A harvest effectively through provide utilize such wireless sensor network sensor.
