摘要: A novel Four-channels reservoir computing (RC) based on polarization dynamics in mutually coupled vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (MDC-VCSELs) is proposed and demonstrated numerically. Here, the four channels are realized two orthogonal modes (x-polarization y-polarization modes) of VCSELs for first time. chaotic time series prediction task employed to quantitatively evaluated performance system. It found that RC MDC-VCSELs can produce comparable with One-channel RC, it possible increase times information processing rate by using RC. Besides, effects injection current, external strength, frequency detuning, coupling as well internal parameters carefully examined. Moreover, influences sampled period input signal number virtual nodes also considered. The valuable further enhancing RC-based neuromorphic photonic systems.
