摘要: Inserting a nozzle assembly into removed cutting space during continuous operation is necessary in rock excavation using an abrasive waterjet. In this study, combined two used to secure enough removal width. The shape of the cut affected by geometric parameters (standoff distance, angle, and vertical distance between tips) assembly. Abrasive waterjet tests are performed with various for granite specimens. Optimized inserting process determined verified through experimental tests.
