摘要: The fluid–solid coupling model is developed to simulate substrate melting and deformation during molten droplet impact. In this model, the liquid solid parts of splat are governed by SPH formulations Navier–Stokes equations conservation continuum mechanics, respectively. This first time that method applied simulation interaction between thermal spray coating. results on formation crater presented study Ni impacting onto Sn substrate, Mo Steel, Al, Brass substrates, It found initial temperatures properties have great effects morphologies substrate.
