'Below the radar' activities and organisations in the third sector: a summary review of the literature

摘要: The term ‘below, or under, the radar’ has become a short-hand often applied to describe small voluntary organisations, community groups and more informal semi-formal activities in third sector. This paper presents findings of literature review which explores understandings ‘below its usefulness thinking about based organisations activities. also uses explore nature, role, focus scale activities, as well challenges they face. It draws on wide range materials an academic tended either concepts ‘organisation’ rather than activity, particular ‘sub-sections’ sector; Black Minority Ethnic groups, Refugee Migrant Organisations, arts cultural groups; sector whole. Finally, it identifies gaps current contentious questions relating our knowledge
