摘要: The term ‘below, or under, the radar’ has become a short-hand often applied to describe small voluntary organisations, community groups and more informal semi-formal activities in third sector. This paper presents findings of literature review which explores understandings ‘below its usefulness thinking about based organisations activities. also uses explore nature, role, focus scale activities, as well challenges they face.
