摘要: Abstract Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors (AChEIs) and the N-methyl- d -aspartate receptor (NMDAR) antagonist memantine are widely utilized worldwide in treatment of Alzheimer's disease other dementias. Although AChEIs considered to be relatively safe medications, it is important for clinicians aware potential side effects, as failure recognize medication induced adverse effects can lead a significant reduction quality life, inappropriate prescribing cascades, or even death. With increased awareness uncommon recognition appropriate management occur more quickly.
