摘要: A method for finding the cortical surface of brain from magnetic resonance images using a combination fuzzy segmentation, isosurface extraction, and deformable is presented. After MR are acquired preprocessed to remove extracranial tissue, membership functions gray matter, white cerebrospinal fluid computed. An iterative procedure isosurfaces filtered matter then used obtain topologically correct estimate surface. This forms initialization surface, which allowed converge peaks function. We demonstrate results each step show final parameterized map medial layer cortex.
