摘要: The objectives of the present study were isolation, identification and characterization xylanase producing fungi, optimization medium composition cultural conditions for enzyme production using cheaper sources. fungal strains isolated from garden soil by serial dilution technique Aspergillus niger was identified in pure form. In conformation screening congo red test, based on reddish zone activity formation oat spelt xylan agar plates, A. selected optimized solid state fermentation sources like wheat bran, rice soya ragi bran dust. Maximum observed (9.87 U/ml). use as a major carbon source is particularly valuable because or birch wood are more expensive. effects time course, incubation substrate, inoculum size, moisturizing agent, moisture content, temperature volume studied. maximum (12.65 U/ml) at condition, 28 degrees C after 6 days period while minimum (9.38 unoptimized condition. found to be when kept 10 g/250 ml conical flasks, with mineral solution agent ratio 1:0.7. Thus proved that strain used highly potential useful production.
