摘要: Barley is a model for other Triticeae genomes and frequently used cytological studies. In this chapter, we focus on cytogenetic approaches helping to improve physical mapping of the barley genome describe previous utilization repetitive low-copy probes successfully applied barley. We demonstrate how analysis centromeres provided better understanding process uniparental chromosome elimination resulting in haploid plants. addition, downsizing chromosomes was achieved by production aneuploids, application gametocidal system telomere seeding.
