摘要: Abstract Given the self-declared energy and environmental protection objectives of many car manufacturers responsible companies must use energy-efficient production technologies. The running costs sites are a decisive factor in overhead automotive production. Therefore, it is important for operators to reduce those sustainable way. For this purpose, they attempt both consumption CO2 emissions systems. However, most components determined during very early phases product creation process. To achieve an estimation planning stage, new suitable forecasting method required. paper presents approach determining prospective by using Methods-Energy Measurement combined with defined reference cycles manufacturing With approach, key performance indicators defined, technologies divided into basic consumers. average values will be empirically cycles. these data, demands different scenarios calculated. Thereby, possible estimate potential complex cells. designed validated within case study modern body shop. In summary, contributes identify realize solutions advance thus increase profitability factory.
