摘要: Abstract The method of Galstyan for assay peroxidase activity in soil was critically evaluated and found to be unsatisfactory. An alternate developed utilized measurement unsterile filter-sterilized extracts. results indicate that substantial amounts cell-free peroxidases are present natural soils.
