摘要: Pharmacotherapy with stimulants is a mainstay of treatment ADHD, but it still challenged by stigma around their use and also for potential side effects leading to interruption. As the surrounding first aim future research should deepen relationship between genotype phenotype adult ADHD outcomes. In this context, there are interesting findings regarding some drug-responsive transcripts among differentially expressed genes (DEGs) that have been suggested as biomarkers able predict response drugs, targets development treatments improve specific dimensions phenotype. However, be emphasized while many data collected on children adolescents using animal models, kind in adults its infancy. This not trivial thing, considering different trajectories over lifespan well comorbidity profiles child change only partly overlap. Moreover, few studies remitters predictive power/accuracy currently identified individually low.
