摘要: Abstract Transparent and colourless nanostructured titanium dioxide thin films have been fabricated on microscope glass slides by the dc magnetron reactive sputtering method using Ar O 2 as working gases. X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer technologies were used to characterize films. The stoichiometric TiO with anatase phase obtained optimizing parameters such gas Ar : O ratio, pressure power. photocatalytic activity of samples was tested degradation Rhodamine B(Rh.B) dye. relatively better efficiency compared Rh.B mineralization in sample annealed at 500°C.
