摘要: 480 children in Shanghai, the People's Republic of China, and 296 Southern Ontario, Canada, aged 8 10 years, were administered Revised Class Play a sociometric nomination measure. Factor analyses items resulted 3 orthogonal factors each Chinese Canadian samples; factor structure sample was somewhat more similar than that vis-a-vis original structure. The variables formed by same loading on both samples labeled (a) “sociability-leadership,” (b) “aggression-disruption,” (c) “shyness-sensitivity.” Consistent with Western literature extant, it found sociability-leadership positively correlated peer acceptance aggression-disruption rejection children.
