Broadening and shift of the spectral lines of hydrogen atoms and silicon ions in laser plasma

摘要: We report an experimental investigation of the broadening and shift discrete lines in plasma spectrum produced laser ablation silicon a broad pressure range (102 – 107 Pa) ambient gas (Ar, He, H2). The line shifts are measured relation to distance from target initial pressure. threshold nature resulting dependences is found be related formation virtual percolation clusters proceeding hot dense plasma.
