Dairy Products Consumption Attributes of Consumers: A Survey Study in Adana and Mersin Provinces

摘要: This research aims to determine consumption attitudes and preferences of dairy products effect main demographic factors the consumers living in Adana Mersin provinces which were located south-east part Turkey. In this context, a face-to-face survey was conducted with 518 people 505 these individuals determined as milk consumers. Since obtained data did not show normal distribution (p <0.01), nonparametric tests used analyse data. The results that there is concentration on some 35-44 age group most consumed among all. Income levels also effects supermarkets are preferred place for purchasing products.
