摘要: Summary Nerve growth factor (NGF) is a neurotrophin implicated in the pathophysiology of allergy, diseases immune system and inflammation. Expression NGF its receptors (TrkA p75) has not been examined inflamed uterine tissue. The aim present study was to evaluate patterns NGF, TrkA p75 expression normal porcine uteri using real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), western blotting immunohistochemistry. On day 3 oestrous cycle, 50 ml saline or Escherichia coli suspension containing 109 colony forming units/ml, injected into both horns control (n = 10) experimental gilts, respectively. Infected animals developed moderate severe acute endometritis after 8 days subacute 16 days. 8 study, mRNA protein higher endometrium gilts with than also more prominently expressed those 16 days post infection. There no difference endometrial on either day. myometrium groups showed any three molecules. Immunohistochemically, there greater by luminal epithelium some glandular endothelial cells as well compared tissues. At 16, myometrium, therefore, up-regulation uterus when affected E. coli-induced may have roles this inflammatory process and/or innervation uterus.
