摘要: SUMMARY This review will suggest an evidence-based approach to managing suicidal patients with borderline personality disorder (BPD). Many principles currently used in practice have little basis empirical data. And some approaches manage chronic suicidality, particularly the emphasis on “safety,” may actually be counter-productive.
