摘要: Chromaffin granules store catecholamines (CA) at very high concentrations, 0.5 to 1 M (Jankowski et al 1993b, Albillos 1997). Other soluble components, such as ATP, Ca2+, ascorbic acid, opiates, dopamine-h and it is believed that both the free bound CA are in equilibrium. It has been proposed chromogranin A (CGA) ATP promote passive aggregation of substances forming so-called intragranular matrix (Helle 1990).
