摘要: ABSTRACTDespite universal health care in Canada, sex workers (SWs) and im/migrants experience suboptimal access. In this analysis, we examined the correlates of unmet needs among SWs Metro Vancouver over time. Data from a longitudinal cohort women (An Evaluation Sex Workers Health Access [AESHA]) were used. Of 742 SWs, 25.5% reported at least once 4-year study period. multivariable logistic regression using generalized estimating equations, recent im/migration had strongest impact on needs; long-term im/migration, policing, trauma also important determinants. Legal social supports to promote im/migrant SWs’ access are recommended.
