摘要: Poloxamers, also known as Pluronics®, are block copolymers of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) and poly(propylene (PPO), which have an amphiphilic character useful association adsorption properties emanating from this. Poloxamers find use in many applications that require solubilization or stabilization compounds notable physiological properties, including low toxicity. Accordingly, poloxamers serve well excipients for pharmaceuticals. Current challenges facing nanomedicine revolve around the transport typically water-insoluble drugs throughout body, followed by targeted delivery. Judicious design drug delivery systems leads to improved bioavailability, patient compliance therapeutic outcomes. The rich phase behavior (micelles, hydrogels, lyotropic liquid crystals, etc.) makes them amenable multiple types processing various product forms. In this review, we first present general solution poloxamers, focusing on their self-assembly properties. This is a discussion how can be leveraged encapsulate using array techniques direct solubilization, solvent displacement methods, emulsification preparation kinetically-frozen nanoparticles. Finally, conclude with summary perspective.
