摘要: Sports performance testing is one of the most common and important measures used in sport science. Performance protocols must have high reliability to ensure any changes are not due measurement error or inter-individual differences. High validity also test reflects true performance. Time-trial commonly a coefficient variation (CV) <5%, however, familiarization, well-trained subjects and/or conducting trial outdoors athlete’s familiar environment can lead CVs < 1%. Long duration time-trials inclusion sprints within time-trial appears negatively influence reliability.
