摘要: Abstract Interactions of macrofungi with U, Th, Pb and Ag were investigated in the former ore mining district Přibram, Czech Republic. Samples saprotrophic (34 samples, 24 species) ectomycorrhizal (38 26 collected from a U-polluted Norway spruce plantation tailings analyzed for metal content. In contrast to Ag, which was highly accumulated fruit-bodies, concentrations U generally did not exceed 3 mg/kg indicates very low uptake rate efficient exclusion macrofungi. tips (mostly determined species level by DNA sequencing), contents practically identical those non-mycorrhizal fine roots. These findings suggest limited role biotransformation polluted forest soils. Furthermore, accumulation macrofungal fruit-bodies apparently does depend on total content chemical fractionation these metals soils (tested BCR sequential extraction this study).
