摘要: Abstract During spontaneous and oxytocin-induced labor, recordings were made of relative uterine blood flow (thermistor method), intrauterine pressure, femoral venous arterial pressures, maternal heart rate. In prelabor, exhibits frequent irregular waves quite independent the observed activity. labor there is a characteristic relationship between contractions. An initial decline in precedes contraction by about half minute, followed partial or complete recovery early contractile phase. A second drop begins as pressure reaches 30 mm. Hg, continues to peak beyond. After completed, recovers its original level.
