摘要: Although hydropyrolysis processes have been historically associated with high yields of methane and light hydrocarbon gases, oil yield selectivity can be optimized by operating at relatively low temperatures (< 550{degree}C) moderate pressures ({approximately}150 bar). Indeed, when a dispersed catalyst such as sulfided molybdenum is employed in fixed-bed hydropyrolysis, liquid are comparable to those achieved direct liquefaction. The influence coal rank on without the Mo has investigated using some Argonne coals, number European bituminous coals Turkish lignites an Australian brown coal. For lower-rank improvements upon addition much more variable, which probably reflects differing degrees success limiting retrogressive char-forming reactions.
