Chemical rescue of protein tyrosine phosphatase activity

摘要: We report that the activity of a rationally engineered protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) mutant can be fully rescued by addition biarsenical fluorescein derivative FlAsH, compound does not affect wild-type PTPs.
