摘要: In early pregnancy, a variety of pathology trophoblastic cells is observed in disease and spontaneous abortion. Trophoblastic includes hydatidiform mole, metastatic and/or invasive choriocarcinoma. Therefore, for better understanding abortion, an exact knowledge the morbid anatomy trophoblasts required. Especially needed profound insight into regulatory mechanisms vivo growth which may undergo either damage or proliferation survival. But are not clear because their complexity, involving cellular factors such as benign malignant neoplastic changes, environmental nutritional, endocrinological, immunological factors.
