摘要: Abstract Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is consider to be one of the common type head and neck cancer. Only 50% advanced oral cancer would survive for 5 years, as this rate has been constant over last two decades. In order decrease mortality rate, a new tools are require early stage diagnosis. Saliva great importance diagnosis several systemic diseases, its use OSCC used extensively. Many salivary enzymes along with DNA, RNA protein obtained from saliva, cancerous cells inflammatory cavity. Extensive studies carried out genomic proteomic perspective identify potential biomarkers in body fluid well saliva blood prognosis OSCC. This article reviewed recently identified addition, which have correlated tumor malignancy by molecular pathology analysis also described. Finally, that demonstrated associate malignant may screening high-risk patients discussed. review help
