摘要: Abstract Polyindole-CdTe (PIN-CdTe) films were prepared by electropolymerization of indole on Pt electrode followed electrodeposition CdTe. The synthesized composites characterized Raman spectra, UV-vis absorption spectra and SEM images. Photoresponses photostability Pt/PIN-CdTe electrodes determined in polysulphide solution compared with results obtained for CdTe without polymer. It was found, that the photocurrent is nearly two fold higher more stable than Pt/CdTe electrodes. recorded after photo measurements polysulphides revealed CdS formation. Energy dispersive X-ray (EDS) indicated amount formed deposits
