摘要: Replication stress is a strong and early driving force for genomic instability tumor development. Beside replicative DNA polymerases, an emerging group of specialized polymerases involved in the technical assistance replication machinery order to prevent its deleterious consequences. During S-phase, altered progression fork by endogenous or exogenous impediments induces stress, causing cells reach mitosis with regions not fully duplicated. Recently, specific mechanisms resolve intermediates during aim limiting damage transmission daughter have been identified. In this review, we detail two major actions that limit transmission: prevention non-B recovery stalled forks.
