摘要: Background: Reconstructive breast surgeons often prefer autologous tissue for those patients who can tolerate it. However, reconstruction with implants is technically easier, quicker, less traumatic, and costly. Nevertheless, inherent problems associated present some limitations to their use in reconstruction. In this study, a multipurpose application of allogenic dermal grafts solve the seen immediate was examined. Methods: After skin-sparing mastectomy, subpectoral pocket created implant. origins pectoralis major muscle are released, AlloDerm sewn lower pole released muscle. Grafts tailored according dimensions defect. AlloDerm, an graft, fixed tothepectoralismajorsuperiorly, tothechestwallinferiorlyandinferomedially, serratus anterior flap laterally. A postoperative adjustable implant placed into that has bene created. Result: Allograftswereusedtoreconstruct30breastsin24patientsimmediately after skin- or nipple-sparing mastectomy. There no complication related simultaneous allograft application. No rippling, symmastia, bottoming-out deformity seen. Conclusions: Breast enables surgeon create submuscular large enough place fully inflated Interposition lower-pole internal sling, increase capacity while providing ability achieve full subtotal prosthetic fill optimal aesthetic contouring andtomaintainthickermusclecoverageintheupperandmedialpoleareasand stronger support, would obviate many current disadvantages (Plast.
