摘要: Abstract The complete clinical course of a case ovarian clear cell carcinoma expressing luteinizing hormone (LH)/human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) receptor arising from endometriosis in pregnant woman is presented. A 31-year-old visited private clinic May 1993 for screening tests infertility. Transvaginal ultrasonography revealed no abnormal findings the uterus or ovaries. Her menstrual cycle was regular; however, slight luteal insufficiency noted. She had been treated with clomiphene, and soon became pregnant. diagnosed to be at 5 weeks gestation June, same time, an tumor diameter cm identified. Since grown rapidly 9 1 week later, she referred our hospital.
