摘要: Abstract The complete clinical course of a case ovarian clear cell carcinoma expressing luteinizing hormone (LH)/human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) receptor arising from endometriosis in pregnant woman is presented. A 31-year-old visited private clinic May 1993 for screening tests infertility. Transvaginal ultrasonography revealed no abnormal findings the uterus or ovaries. Her menstrual cycle was regular; however, slight luteal insufficiency noted. She had been treated with clomiphene, and soon became pregnant. diagnosed to be at 5 weeks gestation June, same time, an tumor diameter cm identified. Since grown rapidly 9 1 week later, she referred our hospital. When admitted hospital gestation, 14 we found solid portion within tumor. levels markers CA125 CA19-9 were 106 51 U/ml, respectively. crown–rump length fetus (24 mm) compatible gestational age, fetal heartbeat confirmed. Under diagnosis carcinoma, right salpingo-oophorectomy performed 10 gestation. Postoperative histological examination ovary. Immunohistochemically, stained positively LH/hCG receptors estrogen receptors, but not progesterone receptor. No malignant cells detected by ascitic cytology. Exploratory specimens obtained time operation left ovary pelvic lymph nodes exhibited cells. Based on these findings, pregnancy allowed proceed, delivered 3010-g male baby 39 signs recurrence 2 years after operation.
