摘要: Abstract The catalytic properties of native myosin and in which one SH-group per subunit chain has been blocked with N-ethylmaleimide have compared. Ca2+-ATPase activity this N-ethylmaleimide-modified resembles the EDTA-ATPase unmodified respect to substrate affinity specificity ionic strength pH-dependence activity. There is a marked alteration temperature dependence ATP hydrolysis by when modified N-ethylmaleimide, altered enzyme resembling Ca2+-ITPase its temperature-dependence.
