摘要: X-ray computed tomography (CT) offers an unique opportunity for three-dimensionnal (3D) imaging inside most materials (metallic or macromolecular). A non destructive and very quantitative characterization can thus be attained. 3D tomograph was conceived constructed, allowing adjustable spatial resolution with a cubic voxel, which size ranges from 8 to 200 µm. The is mainly constituted by microfocus tube X- ray sensitive imager. small of the focus (around 7 µm) allows geometrical enlargement up 30. Two different imagers used : i) image intensifier (Im.Int.) equipped CsI fluorescent screen Vidicon camera, ii) low noise CCD camera (Charge-Coupled Device), high-aperture lens catching visible emitted terbium-doped gadolinium oxysulfide (Gd2O2S (Tb)) screen. mechanical testing machine constructed that set on turntable, in such way damage initiation along successive states strain, without dismounting sample. stress gauge linear displacement sensor allow record stress-strain curve. apply either tensile compressive stress.
