摘要: Abstract Cypermethrin is widely applied in agriculture practice and leads to serious soil contamination. Limited information available on the bioremediation of cypermethrin-contaminated using biochar as a carrier for bacteria. In present study, cypermethrin-degrading bacterial consortium immobilized was cypermethrin contaminated (final content 0.5‰, 1‰ 2‰ respectively) pot experiments. The results demonstrated that degradation (30 mg kg−1) fitted first order kinetic model. treatment (0.5‰) with bacteria achieved maximum specific rate constant (0.0422 d−1) removal (82.18%) within 40 days, shortest half-life (16.4 d) among all treatments. Furthermore, suggested addition reduced bioavailability soil. Two-way ANOVA analysis showed promoting effect stronger than sterilized soil, while had more significant natural
