摘要: The supraclavicular fasciocutaneous flap is a well-recognized in head and neck reconstruction. In this report, we describe for the first time variation of flap, osteocutaneous (SOC) free which was used to reconstruct composite nasal defect. defect arose after resection recurrent squamous cell carcinoma involved dorsal skin, cartilage, entire bone. A 6 cm × 4 size including subcutaneous tissue, vascularized cortico-periosteal segment clavicle raised based on transverse cervical artery. survived with no complications. satisfactory aesthetic outcome achieved following two revision procedures. We believe that incorporation bone may expand its applications reconstruction facial defects. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Microsurgery 35:328–332, 2015.
