摘要: Nitric Oxide (NO) has been proposed as a new neurotransmitter/neuromodulator in the Central Nervous System (CNS). Microinjections of inhibitors NO synthase (NOS) enzyme responsible for formation into dorsal central grey induce anxiolytic effects rats. On other hand SIN-1 donor microinjected these regions induces flight reactions. However although systemic injections low doses NOS elevated plus maze higher decrease exploration. This may involve motor this compounds since we showed that they can catalepsy dose dependent manner rodents either after or Intra-striatal injections. These results suggest be related to control and emotional behaviour.
