摘要: As part of the Copenhagen Accord, individual countries have submitted greenhouse gas reduction proposals for year 2020. This paper analyses implications emission reductions, carbon price, and abatement costs these submissions. The submissions Annex I (industrialised) are estimated to lead a total target 12–18% below 1990 levels. seven major emerging economies an 11–14% baseline emissions, depending on international (financial) support.
