摘要: As part of the Copenhagen Accord, individual countries have submitted greenhouse gas reduction proposals for year 2020. This paper analyses implications emission reductions, carbon price, and abatement costs these submissions. The submissions Annex I (industrialised) are estimated to lead a total target 12–18% below 1990 levels. seven major emerging economies an 11–14% baseline emissions, depending on international (financial) support. Global in 2020 at about USD 60–100 billion, assuming that least two-thirds targets need be achieved domestically. largest share incurred by countries, although as GDP similar group group, even when substantial transfers from finance their costs. If restriction achieving domestically is abandoned, it would more than double price same time reduce global almost 25%.
