摘要: This paper represents Part I of a two-part article which summarizes the probabilistic aspects harmonics in electric distribution systems. first part reviews problems associated with direct application fast Fourier transform to compute harmonic levels nonsteady state distorted waveforms, and various ways describe recorded data statistical terms. Each description is applied set for illustration purposes.
