摘要: Abstract High-density tungsten bronze KSr2Nb5O15 (KSN) ceramics doped with 2 mol% Bi2O3 were synthesized by using a conventional two-step sintering method KSN seed. The effects of seed content on microstructure and electric properties the investigated. It was found that addition favorable to densification ceramics. specimen 25 mol% exhibited best values Dt = 23.53%, Pr = 3.23 μC/cm2 d33 = 64 pC/N. In addition, pinched loops (ferroelectric hysteresis, P–E curve) observed in ceramics, which may lead novel application nonlinear actuators. This work provided information interrelation between subsequent when preparing dense textured (R)TGG method.
