The International Legal Framework for Protecting the Health of Antarctic Wildlife

摘要: An assessment of the framework international law for protecting health Antarctic wildlife first requires an appreciation Treaty System (ATS 1959). The ATS has rapidly developed since adoption in 1959. While initially designed to resolve tensions over sovereignty, freedom scientific research, and potential militarisation continent during Cold War, parties soon began direct their attention protection environment.
