摘要: A method includes the steps of receiving a signal indicative data bits, and performing per survivor processing-iterative timing recovery (PSP-ITR) on received to generate probabilities bits. To perform PSP-ITR signal, can be processed using processing-soft decision algorithm (PSP-SDA) which jointly performs equalization in accordance with embodiments present invention. The soft (SDA) be, for example, Bahl, Cocke, Jelinek, Raviv (BCJR) or Soft Output Viterbi Algorithm (SOVA) modified concepts invention such that it is configured implement processing (PSP) equalization.
