摘要: An apparatus and method for identifying removing arteriosclerotic plaque deposits from blood vessels is disclosed. The comprises a catheter having an optical fiber transmitting laser irradiation ultrasonic transducer mounted at the tip of receiving signals. further unit generating electrical impulses activating transducer, displaying signals laser. Arteriosclerotic are identified by echoes which result transmitted removed irradiation.
