摘要: Laminate structures for attachment to a head suspension assembly in hard disk drive. The laminate include spring metal layer, conductive and an intermediate insulator/adhesive layer. layer can act as interconnect assembly, gimbal, region. method of manufacture the incorporates into such load beam or gimbal. are manufactured by etching layers from outside in, using other masks. Unique configurations possible where either both be discontinuous, thanks manufacturing support second also shaped plurality panels, thus freeing elements.
